Steve Ross is an amazing service advisor. My car suddenly stopped shifting while I was driving to work, something I had never experienced before (turns out some of the teeth in the shift hub broke), and when stopped shifting while I was driving to work, something I had never experienced before (turns out some of the teeth in the shift hub broke), and when it was towed to Cardinale Way Mazda it was luck of the draw that I got Steve as a service advisor. He was very friendly and did everything possible to make it less of a headache for me. He did all the leg work to get me a rental car even after I had left the dealership. They had to order some parts from other states so my car was fixed within 3 days and it's driving perfectly. What more could a person ask for? Nice guy, speedy service, and practically no work on my part. It's a win-win-win. More
