We were able to send him a video of what was wrong with the car, and he was able to order the part so that we only had book our service appointment. Cardinal Way Mazda does a wonderful job on servicing my CX5. I had to change dates and no problem with getting another appointment. They took around an hour to service my vehicle and all was good.
