Getting my car signed up for service was very easy over the internet. When I got to the dealership Nick Santarsiero was right there to get my car in for service I only waited an hour to get the oil changed the tires rotated and the car washed, let's no forget about the freshly popped popcorn either. My whole experience with Cardinaleway was very good I would highly recommend this dealership to purchase and service a car. More

I brought my car in for maintenance because my check engine light was on and when I went to pick it up I was approached by Derek and he asked me if i I brought my car in for maintenance because my check engine light was on and when I went to pick it up I was approached by Derek and he asked me if i was interested in trading in my 2010 Mazda 3 for a New car, I told him I would on'y be interested if they could pay off what I owed on my car and I would want to trade for a SUV. He looked into it and found the SUV I was interested in, it was in my price range and they were able to keep the negitive equity off of the new purchase! Brian sealed the deal and made it happen! When I had an issue with my car a couple of weeks later Steve did not hesitate I had a repair done to my car and Steve was very pleasant to deal with. He promptly led us to the waiting area and took our CX-5 into the center for service. After a short wait of approximately 30 minuets, he informed us that, our car had been serviced and that he had updated our navigation system and the car was being washed and prepped for our departure. Shortly thereafter he called us to the Cashier's window to signed our papers and depart the dealership. Nick's friendly and professional demeanor was a high point of our visit to the Service center. We are very happy with our CX-5 and Cardinale Way's services. More
Outstanding accommodation I had an appointment to be at Cardinale Way at 7:15 this morning. However, I blew it. I still showed up at 1:00 pm resigned to the idea that I would p I had an appointment to be at Cardinale Way at 7:15 this morning. However, I blew it. I still showed up at 1:00 pm resigned to the idea that I would probably just reschedule my appointment, and justifiably so from Cardinale Way's point of view. However, Nick completely came through for me! He not only squeezed me in, but he had me out of there 25 minutes ahead of the time frame. Then! after the car was finished, I told him that I realized that I had forgotten to ask for a wash and a vacuum. Nick takes the keys from me and gets it done. The man is phenomenal when it comes to customer service and accommodation. Whatever he eats for breakfast, I want it! My wife and I bought a second Mazda from Cardinale Way recently and I told my wife that I want her working with Nick every time she brings her car in for service. Upon informing Nick about this, he told me he'd keep an eye out and make sure she is taken care of. I am consistently impressed more and more as I've continued to do business at Cardinale Way the past 3 years and especially with Nick. More
