The Surprise Sale We were referred to the dealership because Firestone, who had done an oil change on our 2012 mazda5, told us the coolent collection cup was leaking, a We were referred to the dealership because Firestone, who had done an oil change on our 2012 mazda5, told us the coolent collection cup was leaking, and the repair should have been under warranty. Nick did a great job explaining this to us. Turned out they had ben overfilling the bowl, and the pressure in the radiator system was just blowing out the excess. While we were there we met Brian, who showed us a new mazda 5 touring vehicle. It was brand new, had many safety upgrades, and the dealership offered us an opportunity to purchase it at about the same payment we have now (about a 10% increase). We love the mazda 5, are loyal mazda owners, and were very happy to get an opportunity to own the a newer, even better, version of the car we currently owned. Brian was amazing. He really did a good job. He made deal happen. Could not be more pleased...... More

Polite, courteous and informative are the three best words to describe Nick's exceptional assistance. He was prepared upon my arrival, took his time to outline what was covered, listened to my additional comments and concerns and addressed them efficiently. A couple of weeks ago I went in without an appointment because a couple of warning lights had come on. My service adviser, Steve Ross dealt with my issues immediately in spite of my "drop in" status. He has always been friendly, honest, and efficient. I have told many of my friends about the good experiences I have had at Cardinale Way Mazda, and specifically with Steve. On the off chance that Steve is not around, Nick has also been very friendly and attentive to my needs. I think most people dread getting their cars serviced, but because of the consistently exceptional service that has not been the case for me! More
