Just had my anniversary! I just celebrated my four year anniversary with Mazda - purchased my first car there in November of 2010. I take my car back there for regular mainten I just celebrated my four year anniversary with Mazda - purchased my first car there in November of 2010. I take my car back there for regular maintenance because I know they'll take good care of me and my car, as evidenced by the relationships they foster with their customers. My service rep, Steve, always has my best interest at heart, and respects my graduate student budget. He knows I want to keep my car in good condition, but never lures me into unnecessary repairs. I recently had issues with my extended warranty company; Steve and the rest of the crew looked out for my interests when the extended warranty company failed to do so. I'm very happy with my experience at Cardinale, and will continue to seek maintenance and new purchases from them in the future. More

I waited for my vehicle to get a regular checkup and was able to take care of some work while I waited. My vehicle was done before my two conference calls were, so they waited patiently while I finished. The cashier was very friendly and processed me out. My vehicle was returned washed and ready for another 5K. And I left with a big smile, extremely satisfied that I chose Cardinale Way Mazda - Mesa to purchase and service my vehicle. More
very freindly dealership!!! I recently arrived in arizona from wisconsin. When I changed from winter (rubber mats) to my carpeted maps my anchor pulled out of the carpet! I could I recently arrived in arizona from wisconsin. When I changed from winter (rubber mats) to my carpeted maps my anchor pulled out of the carpet! I couldn't figure out how to reinstall so I stopped in the local mazda dealer. I talked to the service manager Nick Santarsiero and he gave me tips on how to remove the mats and he also reinstalled my anchor. very good customer service!!! More

Fantastic customer service! I have needed to bring my 2012 Mazda CX-9 in to the dealership a couple times this year and the customer service is great every time! This is my forth Mazda that I have taken to Cardinale Way Mazda for service and Steve Ross has always made each visit a pleasure to go to this dealership. This is the second Mazda that I purchased from Cardinale Way and each time I was treated very well by the sales staff and the service department after the purchase. More
