Top Notch Dealership - Steve Ross is Awesome I bought my Mazda back in 2012 with around 26k miles. I've had nothing but exceptional service from these guys since. Whenever I go in for oil changes I bought my Mazda back in 2012 with around 26k miles. I've had nothing but exceptional service from these guys since. Whenever I go in for oil changes or to address other car issues I work with Steve Ross and he takes care of me like I was his son :) What I really like is that Steve has road mapped my car. What I mean by this is that each time I come in they take a look at not only what the car is being serviced for but will also look over the car for any other signs of leaks, wear, or anything unusual that I should have brought to my attention. It's this kind of attention to detail that gives me comfort knowing my car will stay in top working condition and get me reliably to wherever I need to go. thanks More

I was sick the morning that I was supposed to bring in my car, and Nic My experience with Nick and the service center was amazing was start to finish. I was sick the morning that I was supposed to bring in my car, and Nick was very understanding, and even made me feel better when I finally was able to come in later that day. Then, when he needed to keep my car for a part recall, he arranged all of the details and the rental car. It was completely stress-free even when I was feeling sick and run-down. Great customer service I recently took my car in to have the driver side visor replaced. It was a quick 20 minute visit, which I was anticipation g to be much longer. Never disappointed! I live in Tucson and always take my car in to this dealer for maintenance when I'm in Mesa visiting. I had a dead battery in Tucson, and felt like the local mechanic was taking me for a ride. I called my regular service rep Steve at Cardinale and he calmed my anxiety -- letting me know what I could do to fix the issue without paying a fortune. He was able to accommodate me last minute when I asked if he could take a look at the car when I came up to Mesa over the weekend. As a graduate student on a budget, I have to be selective about repairs. I feel that this dealer has the customer's best interest. Steve is a shining example of this. More
