I can't express my gratitude towards CardinaleWay Mazda more! After my car was in an accident, Demetrius was able to get us into a loaner car the same day while we figured out if our car would be able to b more! After my car was in an accident, Demetrius was able to get us into a loaner car the same day while we figured out if our car would be able to be fixed or totaled out. He was so nice, made sure I was okay, and assured me that we were taken care of at Cardinaleway Mazda. Once we got the status of that, our car was totaled, Andrew Cromie was able to let us know our options for buying or leasing a new vehicle, making the process so easy. We had bought our Mazda 6 (the one in the accident) from Andrew and were more than happy to be working with him again. He was able to get us a reasonable price on our new 2024 CX-50 PP without hassle and cared about us and our situation. Thank you, CardinaleWay Mazda. More

I went to the dealership to get an oil change but mainly to get a quote on my broken window. Once they took my car in, I tried to get a quote asap but the desk couldn't give me an answer. Finally my car was to get a quote on my broken window. Once they took my car in, I tried to get a quote asap but the desk couldn't give me an answer. Finally my car was finished and I was told that it would cost $600 which doesn't even cover the cleanup of the broken glass in my car. Why couldn't he just say in the beginning that it was gonna cost $600? Instead I wasted an hour and a half of my time getting an oil change. Thanks More
