I appreciated that they honored my appointment even though I was an hour early. My service advisor was Linsday and she was very bright and cheerful when I went in, but what truly made her stand out was though I was an hour early. My service advisor was Linsday and she was very bright and cheerful when I went in, but what truly made her stand out was how accommodating she survived to be towards the customers. She was helping this guy in front of me who came in for a sensor issue, I think. She went back and forth looking at parts and working with his schedule and offering him the opportunity to use a loaner car in case he needs it and she truly made sure to accommodate him and work with his schedule. All while explaining things in a way that made sense. I loved her! More
