I told my salesperson that I wanted to see a Out the Door Price, extra add dealer add ons. never got a printed out the door price that should of listed add ons. When looking at the car there was no sticker listing dealer add ons. So I proceed to the FI office When I got to signing the last document it was a list of dealer add ons . Things like lo jack (even though the on Blue link online service has a similar service included) , a tire warranty ( even though pirrelli tires come with a their own warranty). A list of other things I would not of wanted. I think it is a very underhanded way of doing business especially not have the add ons discussed and given the options to getting them. More
One of the employees was telling me that it was a bad idea to get the used car I was buying from this place, and I wish I'd listened to them. I took the car to a mechanic a week after buying it, and with idea to get the used car I was buying from this place, and I wish I'd listened to them. I took the car to a mechanic a week after buying it, and within 20 minutes, the mechanic told me there was a problem with the brakes that would cost me $3,600. The way i see it, these people either knowingly sold me a car in need of serious repairs without disclosing that information beforehand, or they didn't inspect the car close enough to find the blaring issue before selling. Either way, they won't be seeing me again. The important lesson to take away from this: if you get a used car in California, take it to a mechanic right away. There's a two day grace period after buying where you can return the vehicle no questions asked, so if there's something wrong with it, you're not stuck with the debt like i am. I'm about to be a full time college student, i did NOT need this. More

I leased a car from them and they are really slippery. They said they had traded the car I was looking at online the day before to another dealership and then upsold me the next model up. They made it seem like they would honor the deal that was online but kept trying to get more an more money out of me. They agreed to give me more for my trade in car and 3 hours later when I finally got into financing they had it at their original offering price. But at that point I had been there for 4 and a half hours and they had already had ran my credit and I would have paid any amount of money to just leave that dealership and hopefully never have to go back. Do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere else... don't get me wrong, the car is great and I am happy with it, but I wish so badly I would have just left when I had the chance. More
Do not buy here! !!! I bought a Hyundai Ionic 5 here on Christmas Eve. We got there early in the day and it took close to 5 hours to finish all the paperwork and stu !!! I bought a Hyundai Ionic 5 here on Christmas Eve. We got there early in the day and it took close to 5 hours to finish all the paperwork and stuff. They waited until everything was signed and done before they took the car to get it washed. The guy was gone for 45 minutes and came back with the same dirty car. Turns out it took so long for them to do the paperwork that the carwash was closed, they closed early for the holiday. So what did the salesperson do when he saw the carwash was closed? Him and the guy he took to get the car washed went and got ice cream. When they came back, not only was the car still dirty, but they spilled chocolate from their ice cream on the passenger seat. They then tried to clean the car with a rag and some water, they basically just smeared the dirt around, the windows were a mess. They then tried to clean up the ice cream and just left stuff there too. When I spoke to the sales manager, Miguel, he told me he would make it right and he would call me after Xmas to tell me what they would do, we talked about them possibly just chipping in for a detail but he wasn't sure how much they would chip in. Plus there was a small chip on the paint, so he promised me he would send me a touch up paint pen. After he never called me, I called him to remind him of all this. When I talked to him after the holiday he said I could bring the car back and take it to their carwash for free. He knew I lived over an hour away so that was a no go. It has been over 4 months now, we have spoke over 10 times, each time he promises me to send me the touch up paint. To this day he has never sent it. If his word on a $10 touch up pen is worthless, what do you think his word is worth on anything else he would promise if you were buying a car here? By the way the car is great, but I will never go to this dealership again. More
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of other Hyundai dealers in the Southern California area where your money is better well spent. I came here to check out a specific There are plenty of other Hyundai dealers in the Southern California area where your money is better well spent. I came here to check out a specific SUV that was listed on their website. Our sales guy Manny was the only good experience at this whole place. I immediately noticed that the car had over 1,000 miles more than what was listed, in addition to being listed at almost $2k higher than what they had on their website. The car was also incredibly dirty inside. When we later started talking numbers, the most rude manager I've ever dealt with at a Hyundai dealer named Miguel (I found this out later since no introduction was made when he came over) told me that he would give me $75 off the price of the car for the discrepancy in mileage and that's the lowest they would go. He claimed a 10 cent per mile discount. Anyone with a third grade education can see that the numbers don't add up. I inquired about a trade in for my vehicle. They told me they wouldn't give me more than $6,500 because they would just sell it to an auction. Mind you, it's a 2017 w/less than 45,000 miles. A quick google search shows similar cars being sold for $14k+ at other dealers. Please take your money to any other Hyundai dealership. I guarantee you will be treated better than you would be here. Brianne was awesome throughout the entire car buying process. She made me feel super comfortable from the very beginning. I was initially coming in for a vandalism and total loss of my 2013 Jeep Compass process. She made me feel super comfortable from the very beginning. I was initially coming in for a vandalism and total loss of my 2013 Jeep Compass and walked out with a 2021 Hyundai Kona. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car and as a friend as well. She also followed up AFTER the point of sale. Excellent customer satisfaction and customer service experience overall. More
LAZY AND INCOMPETENT SALES STAFF My wife and I wanted to get a specific 2023 Hyundai model and trim, at the end of the car year. There were only two left in a 250-mile radius from us. This dealership had on get a specific 2023 Hyundai model and trim, at the end of the car year. There were only two left in a 250-mile radius from us. This dealership had one, so we reserved it and drove 5 hours from Arizona to buy it. Before we departed, it took over 8 hours to arrange our deal. It was done by text messages, even though I asked it to be done by e-mail for proper record keeping, when I’m spending over $40,000 on this vehicle. It was also hard to find out the specific person I was dealing with. Finally, I learned it was the internet sales manager (Joselyn Quintero). When we arrived at the dealership to finalize the purchase, we dealt with the finance manager (Omar Palazzo). I found my credit had been run THREE times to approve me for a Hyundai Finance loan. I have an excellent credit score. Each one affects my credit score, and this was completely unnecessary. What other business have you ever dealt with where your credit was run THREE times for one transaction? I brought in a CA DMV One Trip Permit and my insurance card because I told Omar I do not want it registered in California. This permit is the legal way to move the vehicle to Arizona so I could register it there the next day. Omar ignored this and made out a non-operation registration with CA DMV. Now the CA DMV will unnecessarily hound me for fees for future renewals. I also provided the finance manager Omar with a list of documents I needed to be sent to the Arizona DMV for me to register it there. According to the Arizona DMV, this is standard practice that dealerships in California forward this package. Arizona DMV would not register it until they got the paperwork. However, I later found out that this dealership not only did NOT do this, they refused to do it. For the next week I tried to get hold of the general sales manager (Ron Williams) by e-mails, phone calls, and text messages. Only one time did he respond to me (by phone). He said the dealership would not be sending the necessary forms, and to contact Hyundai Finance to get a copy of the title for my Arizona registration. I was able to get a temporary registration in Arizona but I had to wait two months for Hyundai Finance to send me a certified copy of the title, so I could properly register my car in Arizona. I was advised when I registered my vehicle that Hyundai Finance is one of the most uncooperative manufacturers to deal with, since they refuse to send all the paperwork out-of-state. Next time I will pay more attention to the customer ratings on Dealer Rater, Google, Yelp, the Better Business Bureau, and CarGurus. On these web-sites I later found this dealership has very low ratings and lots of horrible reviews. Suffice to say, I recommend everyone to avoid doing business with this dealership. More
