Sir or Madam, this is very concerning to us and is not a typical problem we encounter. This is something we take very seriously and if any theft was found to be happening in this regard, said employee would be severed from the company immediately. We are investigating this issue and resolve it internally if there is anything found. Sir or Madam, we understand your frustration but want to clarify the extent we went so that this misunderstanding was resolved. Your son, who was pleasant to work with, never mentioned the coupon and when you called us back about this, we offered you the difference in cost for your next service. When you did not accept that, we offered again to give you a free service which you also declined. So, with that said, we hope you understand that while there were no notes about applying service coupons or discounts, your son never mentioned anything in regard to that, which is why the service was the full amount. Our employees did their part to make up for this when you called back, and it was your choice to dismiss our attempt to make up for any misunderstanding. Regardless, we hope you and your son take care and drive safely to wherever you may get your car serviced in the future.
