Cardinaleway’s online review monitor had my first first post with all the gruesome details removed,…so one may wonder how many other posts have also been deleted. Read between the lines…do not leave items of any value in your car during service. You could also experience concerns regarding service quality similar to mine….battery terminal cable not properly connected causing a brand new car to stall on the 215…oil plug not tightened properly so the next day my epoxy floor was covered in oil…greasy fingerprints/boot marks all over interior, paint scratches etc. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere. More
Very deceitful practice. Someone from the service department contacted me to offer a $59 oil change so I agrees and made an appointment. I asked my son to tale the car there. He was charged instead their regular price, which is $40 more than what I was offered. I told the service manager that this should have been applied automatically when the appointment was made. He disagreed and said go of it should have been mentioned before the service was even started. I am not taking my car here anymore. This is also the second time that I had a bad experience with their service department. Never again will I bring the car there. More
