The service manager FREDDY was very kind and accommodating while I waited almost 2 hours for a part replacement. Have never been overcharged or told I needed something done that wasn't true. I usually make an appointment and only have to wait a minimal time. The service people are very respectful and knowledgeable. This time Joshua helped me. He was patient, listened to what I had to say and kind. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the people who work there. Again, am super happy with the service. I don't want to take my car anywhere else. In addtion, my little Acura is the best car I've ever owned. I would not hesitate to buy another one but only from CardinaleWay Acura. More
