When you are able to walk away and feel absolutely confident, excited and happy with your decision, it is the best indication that you are working with a good dealership and salesman. Chip was so kind and easy to talk to.... since we have purchased and leased from him in the past and are always pleased with our negotiations and the courtesy both he and Louie have extended to us. In fact, we were so happy after obtaining my gorgeous RDX (tech pkg), a few days later, we went back and leased a 2021 TLX - Advance for my husband, too. The cars are so gorgeous sitting side by side in our garage! Chip has always gone above and beyond to answer our questions, make us feel extremely valued and let us know how much he cares about our continued business & friendship. It matters to him that we feel confident of our selection each time we are ready to make another purchase at CardinaleWay Acura. Unlike some places where you drive off the lot and have no further connection to your salesman, we are appreciative that we need only pick up the phone and call Chip (or Louie) when we need help with the new technology or have any question relating to our new vehicles.
