We had an unfortunate experience with service dept the first time I brought my brand new 2021 Acura RDX A-spec AWD due to TPMS warning. The person was condescending and dismissive and did not have a concrete explanation of the matter. My husband called the next day and still the person on the other line was not helpful. We’ve had 3 brand new vehicles within a span of 10 months and never had an issue until now with TPM system. After a week of seeing the same warning sign over and over again, I finally emailed Chip Crouse and explained what was happening. Immediately, he remedied the situation by having someone else look at my car and found that it was a faulty sensor (rear tire). Thank you Chip and Fred (the other service guy) for looking into this issue. Thank you for not ignoring the “problem” as did the first guy (Mitch).
