Failure to pay trade I bought a car 9/04/21 starting it is 10/08/21 and they have yet to pay my trade off and I only found this out when the finance company blew my phone up 10/04/21 for "missing" a paymen is 10/08/21 and they have yet to pay my trade off and I only found this out when the finance company blew my phone up 10/04/21 for "missing" a payment I immediately called the dealer and have been given the runaround about the situation getting the same oh that guy is not in yet and or that person is off today when they get in they will call you... No one ever calls so they have my trade have not paid it off and now I'm under the threat off adverse remarks on my credit report because I can't afford the new car and to keep up the payments on the trade till this is settled... Run away from this xxxx hole it's no better than a buy here pay here More

BEWARE OF THIS DEALER! do not trust them! Chip was fantastic and my family will look to go through him any time we need a new car with Acura. He recovered tremendously after a sour start due to the fact the original salesman(victor) we had spoke on him any time we need a new car with Acura. Furthermore, victor didn’t spell my name right so we had to start from scratch. If victor would have just asked the correct spelling things may have gone quicker. I would recommend servicing/purchasing a car elsewhere. Service advisor and manager did not care about my car after I bought it from them. Bought a 2018 TLX and my headlights are already faded/hazing. Stat Service advisor and manager did not care about my car after I bought it from them. Bought a 2018 TLX and my headlights are already faded/hazing. Stated “nothing else can be done” after they “attempted” to restore them (they actually look worse now, 08/19/2021). They actually didn’t even bother coming back outside to look at the completed work. If this is the service they provide, I suggest purchasing a car from Findlay Acura (heard of better experiences with similar instances). Oh and apparently this is “due to weather” for a 3 YEAR OLD vehicle. Previously owned a non garage kept vehicle for 8+ years and my headlights looked brand new when I traded the car in. More
