Been a Honda/Acura owner all my life. Great cars but the Cardinaleway dealership lacks the professional service one would expect. Cardinaleway’s online review monitor had my first first post with all the gruesome details removed,…so one may wonder how many other posts have also been deleted. Read between the lines…do not leave items of any value in your car during service. You could also experience concerns regarding service quality similar to mine….battery terminal cable not properly connected causing a brand new car to stall on the 215…oil plug not tightened properly so the next day my epoxy floor was covered in oil…greasy fingerprints/boot marks all over interior, paint scratches etc. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere. More
