I had a bad experience with them,,, i know there are some sales techniques n every dealership but they have the worst like they tell you "here is the price and IF YOU DON'T WANT THE CAR DON'T BUY IT" ... or sales techniques n every dealership but they have the worst like they tell you "here is the price and IF YOU DON'T WANT THE CAR DON'T BUY IT" ... or if you dont like it don't buy it,, excuse me??!! the manager is sooooooo RUDE and he was the reason why i didn't buy a car from there,, i wanted to buy the CLK450 that had alot of problem that they didn't want to fix i liked the car and really wanted it but then i was discussing either fixing the broken pumper and change the the front wheels or reduce the price alittle bit so i fix it so the manager walks out his office and said to me " im not fixing the car fixing the pumper and not changing the price if you don't want it this way don't buy the car" in a really weird RUDE way,, I wanted to buy the car even with a broken pumper but after I heard that from the mnager I decided not to.... i won't mention every thing i didn't like but there is some disrespect in the way they try to sell you a car More

This is the fourth email you send to me requesting how the service was. I have not answered because I thought it was lousy. I took the time to drive from Salinas to Seaside and while I was there you were sitting on a chair looking out the window. The last two cars that I bought are from Cardinale and the person that closed the deal was John Gurro but in three years when I've paid off this loan I will drive an hour to San Jose as long as I don't have to buy anything from a Cardinale dealership. I would appreciate it if you would stop sending emails. Thank you More

I bought a new 2010 370Z from Cardinale Nissan over the Labor Day weekend and that is the best and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. The staff are friendly and helpful. Low risk Low gain dealership.
