I brought the car in for at least 5 times to get diagnosed showed them videos and test drove with a technician that heard the noise. While I appreciate the loaners car they gave me during the times they had my vehicle for service, it still doesn't change the fact that the issue remains unsolved. I have been in contact with Mazda Corporate as well but seems like there's no clear communication from both parties at all. Bad warranty service experience. More
