Bought a used Nissan Frontier, they put a new battery in. Found out later it was the wrong one, and they used electric tape instead of replacing a bad coroded cable. Paperwork screwed up, they didn't properly outline my trade in for the title application. Lost credit for my trade with Missouri sales tax. Only 1 key, waited until delivery to tell me. Bought the truck with cash, and they were rude about that. They tried to make me pay my Missouri sales tax upfront, which I shouldn't have to when I don't have a loan. Waited FOREVER for paperwork, and then they tried to cram a warranty on me that was almost as much as the truck I bought. The whole place seemed slimy. And they have sales reps that are barely out of high school! One wonders why they can't get seasoned professionals in the car biz to work here. My advice... stay far, far away. They crammed Nitrofill add on to the price, and the price sheet as covered by the sales manager was confusing as could be. They try to confuse you, hide in extras that aren't shown on the website, and then do everything possible to slam warranties and more add ons in the finance office. BTW, the sales girl, Addison was nice. Can't say the same for the others who work there and run the place. More

I bought a car from Cardinal Buick in June. My car's transmission blew three months after I bought it. It was a brand new 2024 with only 2700 miles. Cardinal has been no help at all. They dismiss us anytime we call them. They only care about making the sale. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. More

i bought a used ford f150 up there in july. When i bought it they did an inspection and found out the breaks were close to the end of their life so cardinal put new brake pads on. Instead of doing it correctly and putting motorcraft pads on, they put on ac delco brake pads. They squeeled everytime i stopped. so i took it up there and they told me that since they were acdelco brakes that they would squeel up to 3500-5000 miles. Here i am almost 10000 miles in and they still squeel every single time i slow down. BUTTTTT, thats not even the worst part. So my truck sprung a slow coolant leak, i took it up there to have them diagnose it, they charged me 189 dollars to diagnose it and told me it was my thermostat housing and t connector that was leaking. i paid the 189 plus the remaining 289 dollars to get it fixed. it took FIVE DAYS to get my truck back. Finally got it back and about a week later i realized that it was still losing coolant. So i called up and told them and they told me to bring it back. I took it up there and they took it to look at it. At this point they told me that it was my quick release coolant hose that was leaking and the total would be 675. They than than told my wife that they were charging us yet ANOTHER 200 dollar diagnosis fee???????????? For something they had already diagnosed and supposedly fixed. I am done with Cardinal because all they are is a skeeming greedy company that will try and milk you for whatever money they can get from you. Jameson Franco was the "advisor" that tried to charge me AGAIN for a diagnosis of something that i already paid a diagnosis fee. They finally....after about 15 minutes of frustrating conversation...took the fee off after i told them that nobody DISCLOSED information to me that there would be another fee. Please be careful of what these "advisors" tell you need done to your vehicle, especially Mr jamison franco. More
