Are dishonest. Do not disclose all the information on their vehicles. Ask you to sign papers which are blank that they fill in later so you don't know how they just ripped you off....Choose another deal their vehicles. I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL TOYOTA'S AND ALSO OWN A LEXUS--THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE HARLINGEN TEXAS LOCATION. Recently purchase my mothers 2000 Avalon (wh IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE HARLINGEN TEXAS LOCATION. Recently purchase my mothers 2000 Avalon (which was kept in her garage)-with only 26,000 miles. Needed to drive the car from Harlingen Texas to San Antonio Texas. Took the in to make sure it was in good working order. Specifically asked them to check tires (including spare). Charge me $99 for this inspection and told me I needed more service in excess of $1000-(took my car to a local San Antonio dealer-said it was in perfect shape.) Had a flat the very next day, service truck said all tires were at 50psi (should be 32psi) and the spare was also flat. Service truck replaced a valve and filled the spare. Went back to the dealer and asked for a credit, since they did not do the service I requested. I was told the manager would call me back, never got call. Called 3 more times, never got a call back. Contact credit card company and got a credit issued, now they want to charge me again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE-DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

We're visiting from Canada. On the drive down our vehicle started making a loud roaring sound and getting worse. Cardenas Motors was the closest Buick dealership. As soon as I pulled in, George (service Mana started making a loud roaring sound and getting worse. Cardenas Motors was the closest Buick dealership. As soon as I pulled in, George (service Manager) greeted me and quickly arranged for a service tech to take my vehicle for a road test. The tech (unfortunately didn't get his name) diagnosed hub/bearing problems (which I had suspected) and which was confirmed after he examined the vehicle on the hoist. George provided a estimate/quote that I could live with and to my delight, was able to fit me in right away instead of having to book and return another day. While the vehicle was being worked on, George arranged a ride to a nearby shopping mall. The whole process took less than 3 hours. I can't say enough about the high level of friendly service we received. We left there driving a quiet vehicle. I would definitely go back. Thank you George & staff....Rick. More
