I purchased an Acura MDX from them Feb. 2022. The deal took at least 6 hours. It was a horrible experience in itself. I was given a "we owe" for a spare key fob and to fix the RR door lock 2022. The deal took at least 6 hours. It was a horrible experience in itself. I was given a "we owe" for a spare key fob and to fix the RR door lock actuator and window. After almost a year still no key fob. LOL "its on backorder". Window and door lock still not working. They did send me to a repair shop not far from the dealership to fix the window and lock. After burning 4 hours of my time they figured out that it was in the wiring, duh. Carwise, if you read this give me a call and tell me why I shouldn't get this stuff fixed myself and take you to small claims court for reimbursement . Don't take a "we owe" from these people. They are happy to owe you forever and hope you just go away. I'm not going away. Who owns this place anyway? I have a hard time believing a lot of these reviews are real. I have made an appointment with Acura to get this stuff fixed. Litigation inbound. More

Don’t come to CarWise in Peoria, they care more about the sale then anything.. my 2013 Lincoln MKX was dripping oil from somewhere underneath. I brought it in and supposably they fixed it. But as the days go sale then anything.. my 2013 Lincoln MKX was dripping oil from somewhere underneath. I brought it in and supposably they fixed it. But as the days go by the dripping got worse.. now it’s been 2 weeks and it’s been sitting at good year in Peoria and I have to pay close to 2,000 dollars to fix it for their mistake… I honestly regret coming here in the first place… they won’t want to work with me on fixing the car at all… making it sound like it was my fault for it all… my warranty wasn’t covering it because it’s the trans cooling lines which is apart of maintenance… so absolutely nothing is getting done about it. All I am getting is the run around of “oh I will call you tomorrow” oh Travis is out for the day, and then nothing…. So don’t come to car wise in Peoria, it’s a scam and the radio ad is a complete scam. There is never a dime down at all what’s so ever…. More
