Prompt service, truthful understandings, friendly I came to carwise already feeling defeated about being able to get a car, I had been to numerous dealerships beforehand, and was told that my credit w I came to carwise already feeling defeated about being able to get a car, I had been to numerous dealerships beforehand, and was told that my credit was pretty bad. Knowing this already, but still hopeful ,I tried to pursue getting a car still. After being treated horrible by everyone at other dealerships this man name Nick Tillman at carwise helped me, and found the best way to help me get a car. He was kind even though I may had looked like I was a lost cause due to my credit, but he treated me like I was someone truly worth helping. I will never forget my experience at carwise or the man who helped me. A dealership that goes the extra mile. I visited CarWise in Peoria because I saw an ad on Facebook, and decided I'd check it out. I never thought I would have been in a position to actuall I visited CarWise in Peoria because I saw an ad on Facebook, and decided I'd check it out. I never thought I would have been in a position to actually get a new vehicle, but Travis and the rest of the CarWise staff went out of there way to get me financed. Not only that, but they actually went out of their way to finance me at a rate that I could afford. I'm exceptionally happy with the car they put me in, and now I have reliable transportation that I don't have to worry about. I recommend this dealership to everyone I talk to, and I do so sincerely. I was more then pleased with my experience. When i arrived at the dealership i met Travis, knowing i didnt have good credit or much of a down payment i wasnt very optimistic. Initially I thought it was going to be a negative experience because the guys were really busy. Shaun McAtee who was already helping a customer, greeted me and immediately started helping me with the process! I wanted a SUV and he was able to get me into a nice 2015 Equinox!!! I met with Tom Duwaldt to do the financing and close the deal, he made the paperwork painless. He was awesome and also gave me some great financial advice! Finally on my way out I was greeted by the owner Shawn Foster, who thanked me for my business and we joked about his radio voice! Overall this was probably the best car buying experience I have had!
