I was driving my old ford ranger 1991, no power steering no cab room. My dodge ram 1500 transmission went out on me a few days prior. I have a child 2 months old and my fiance of 8 years relying on me for transportation. With my ram down and out which was extended cab I had no way of getting my daughter to get appointments. I was very short on cash because my grandmother recently passed with no life insurance to pay for funeral costs, bills fell behind, it was a very difficult time. Me being 23 with bad credit due to medical issues and no insurance left me in a desperate state to provide for my family. Mind you Travis my sales rep knew nothing about this. From the moment I walked in I noticed everyone was smiling, not at each other but at me. They knew the moment I walked in there I needed help. Travis Randolf patiently listened to what I was looking for. I wanted a big truck. Something I was used to. He then got my financial information. This part will take a bit of time. For the best reason possible. In private they review your information and what you are looking for. They will provide the best financial option to you, because they Care about you. The lenders (NOT CARWISE) limit your selections based on your credit. You can get that fancy truck but the bank will require a large down payment. This is not carwise this is the big bank lenders. Travis asked me to open my mind a bit. I said to myself (Great something I don't want nor need) sure enough he opens the glass door for me and I'm face to face with a d*mn car. I sluggishly got into the car not really caring because I'm thinking about that F150 big truck! Then it happened. He didn't say no to the truck, he explained WHY to the car. He explained to me the pros of having one of the HIGHEST RATED safety vehicle. For my daughter, my wife. Gas mileage, comfort. Everything. He knew I WANTED the truck. In reality I NEEDED the car. After hours of my hesitation and talking I still decided I want a truck. Reality then hit. The lenders limited me because of my credit 500< which is very bad. The down payment the banks wanted? $2500.00. I was then ready to move on. I explained I needed a truck. I needed a truck. As I'm leaving the door. Travis handed me the keys. "Take it home and see what the wife says. Drive it. Try to enjoy it" the rest was history. I returned the next day. He embraced me with a friendly handshake. I explained this is exactly what my small family needs. Fuel efficient, safe, 2016 new. Near no miles. I didn't have much money and I don't want to tell my deal on here but Travis.
