Horrible Last Saturday I went to this dealership to get a car and they put me in one! Loved it! I gave all my information agreed to put 1800 down and they aske Last Saturday I went to this dealership to get a car and they put me in one! Loved it! I gave all my information agreed to put 1800 down and they asked for a co signer so I got one. I was told congratulations on your new car and they even put license plates on it. I had it for 6 days before they contacted me to say that something went wrong with the lender and that I needed to come back on Valentine's day. When I went back I was told that they would get me on a car! When I got there they asked if I had someone else who can co sign and if I could put more money down it went from 1800 to 3000. Long story short they took the car back and left me without a car and broken hearted! They shouldn't tell people that they bought a car if they don't know for sure! No one has reached out to make this right and I'm stuck with no car and no way to work after I thought that we had this solved! Very upset and disappointed! More

Simple Tire Issue I have had the pickup for almost two months. All 4 tires leaked slowly. They fixed the problem. But the left front and left rear tire leaked. The left I have had the pickup for almost two months. All 4 tires leaked slowly. They fixed the problem. But the left front and left rear tire leaked. The left front was because the tech the fixed it didn’t fill it all the way with air. The left rear still has a slow leak. I have had to bring it in two more times. They brought down the spare to fix it. Put it back in the receiver to it back in the wheel well, put they only put it half way up. They won’t fix that part. I was told to get it fixed. I have tried to call salesman Bill, it just went his voicemail all day. I know when I am being blown off. If you get Bill for a salesman, get a different salesman. When he gets his money for the sale, he won’t do any follow through. He is worthless. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I drive 84 miles round trip to work in Peoria five days a week and my current car has 263,489 miles on it, as well as a front passenger door that I ca I drive 84 miles round trip to work in Peoria five days a week and my current car has 263,489 miles on it, as well as a front passenger door that I can only open from the inside and a rear window duct taped to stay on track. Due to medical issues my credit is far from perfect. I kept hearing Car Wise commercials on the radio but thought it was too good to be true. I finally gave in and made an appointment for my husband and I to talk about our options. We were greeted with kindness and enthusiasm and treated with respect! They went above and beyond for us and we drove away in a 2016 Nissan Altima! I recommend Car Wise to anybody and when I’ll definitely return for our family’s car buying and service needs!
