Brake light issues!!!! I had bought by car from Carwise about a month and 2 weeks ago... All the sudden my back brakes where acting funny. So took car back to Carwise servic I had bought by car from Carwise about a month and 2 weeks ago... All the sudden my back brakes where acting funny. So took car back to Carwise service dept. and ask for help, cause all my lights should not just go out!!! Well, Dave in the Service Dept. was GREAT, and I mean Great. He was very helpful and easy to talk too about the issue, which we all know how men in the car business like to make us women feel alittle dumb when it comes to the car thing, keep it REAL!!! But, not Dave, he was very respectful and like I said easy to talk too and explain things... He went beyond that, cause after he checked things out and wasn't able to totally fix issue there, he took my car to Dealership and had them do a deeper look into thing with the diagnosis machine, make sure it wasn't a electrical problems. He kept me updated on it. He was able to Work his magic and had the Dealership get my car in and out in a day.... Problem fixed!!!! Dave was and is a Service Dept. Angel!!!! Thanks again so much for all your help Dave!!!! More
