Travis Randolf patiently listened to what I was looking for. I wanted a big truck. Something I was used to. He then got my financial information. This part will take a bit of time. Travis asked me to open my mind a bit. I said to myself (Great something I don't want nor need) sure enough he opens the glass door for me and I'm face to face with a d*mn car. I sluggishly got into the car not really caring because I'm thinking about that F150 big truck! Then it happened. He didn't say no to the truck, he explained WHY to the car. He explained to me the pros of having one of the HIGHEST RATED safety vehicle. For my daughter, my wife. Gas mileage, comfort. Everything. He knew I WANTED the truck. In reality I NEEDED the car. After hours of my hesitation and talking I still decided I want a truck. Reality then hit. The lenders limited me because of my credit 500< which is very bad. The down payment the banks wanted? $2500.00. I was then ready to move on. I explained I needed a truck. I needed a truck. As I'm leaving the door. Travis handed me the keys. "Take it home and see what the wife says. Drive it. Try to enjoy it" the rest was history. I returned the next day. He embraced me with a friendly handshake.
