I purchased my car from this dealership on Tuesday. This morning (3 days later), the air bag light came on. I called Jimmy in service and he said I could bring the car up right away. They took the car rig morning (3 days later), the air bag light came on. I called Jimmy in service and he said I could bring the car up right away. They took the car right in and gave me several updates as to what they were doing and why. The mechanic came out and explained the issue to me in a forthright and honest manner. I was made to feel like they truly cared that I have a good experience in their department and that my car was a priority. In the end they fixed another issue that they had discovered and because they could not reproduce the air bag issue at the time of service, Jimmy gave me assurance that if the air bag/restraint system presented an issue in the future they would take care of it for me. It is very hard to find service departments you can trust, but I left this one feeling valued, respected and happy with the work. I hope I do not have an issue moving forward, but if I do, I am confident that Jimmy and the professionals at Car Vision will take care of it. Many thanks! More

My Chrysler Pacifica needed a battery and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I was given. I spoke with Jimmy Franklin and he was very pleasant and helpful. THEY HAVE BENT OVER BACKWARD TRYING TO FIX A NUMBER OF SMALL PROBLE HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT ONE WOULD NORMALLY EXPECT FROM A SERVICE DEPT. A few thoughts regarding my very positive experience with the Carvision service department worthy of sharing with other car owners in need of service or repair. I have 5 cars in my family ranging between 20 the Carvision service department worthy of sharing with other car owners in need of service or repair. I have 5 cars in my family ranging between 2002 and 2008. Seems like every time I turn around one of the cars is in need of something. I've used other auto repair places in the area none with the professionalism and expertise I've had with Carvision. The service manager, Marty Spitko, was very courteous and always schedules the work at a time convenient with me. He gives me an estimate of the time it will take to have the work completed and every time I get my cars back right on schedule. The prices have always been competitive and affordable, way less then the other places I've used in the past. And most important, the work is always completed and done correctly without any problems the first time. Seems like all their mechanics are very well trained and know what they are doing. A few times the parts needed for my repairs were not readily available, but Marty always called to explain the situation and let me know what I was up against. A few of the cars in my family (my sons cars) are getting up in miles and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a new car from Carvision. They seem to have always have a beautiful inventory at what appears to be very good prices. Thumbs up to the Carvision service department. With 5 cars in the family thank goodness they are there!
