How does this work? Service management doesn’t know how to serve their customers nor do their job. I’ve had to call other name brand dealers for parts when carvision said Service management doesn’t know how to serve their customers nor do their job. I’ve had to call other name brand dealers for parts when carvision said they couldn’t get the part. They claim to do an extensive inspection, but seems they do it with their eyes closed. They sell cars with issues that’s why they sell cars hassle free and don’t budge on the prices. More

Not go Good experience with the Service & Customer Handling This center took more than 15 days for a minor fix (not yet fixed, have to revisit), i have to followup for entire week to get the appointment. if you This center took more than 15 days for a minor fix (not yet fixed, have to revisit), i have to followup for entire week to get the appointment. if you buying a used car at Car Vision and found any issue fix everything before paying or before taking the Car home. when car is been sold, then its very difficult to get the problem fixed with them. I had an appt at 1100 Tuesday to have my parts put on, after waiting a week for them to come in. It is now Friday and my car is still not done and they're telling me it may not be ready until Monday. I feel like they're jerking me around after being told only yesterday that no work was started and that it would get started then. I call today, Friday and still nothing is done. Needless to say i will not be returning there for anything. More
