Dealer had a car advertised on their web site. When I arrived it was not available and was told it was sold. 2 weeks later I saw the same car advertised still, and I emailed to ask if it was still for sa arrived it was not available and was told it was sold. 2 weeks later I saw the same car advertised still, and I emailed to ask if it was still for sale. Never received a response to my email. The next day I saw the car advertised on Ebay and emailed to ask if it was available and never heard back from my email. The next day I called the dealership to ask if the car was actually on the lot, and the woman who answered said she was busy with 2 customers and I asked if she could put me on the line with someone who was not busy. She put " Ken" on the phone whom I asked if the car I was interested in, a Black Escalade Ext, was actually on the lot and if he could see it. He insisted on pressing me if I was coming in today and I asked again if he could actually see the car, that I hadn't ever even received a response from the company when I emailed and he pretty much hung up on me. I was never rude or impolite, I just didn't feel like wasting time on a drive to the dealer if they weren't sure the car was in stock. Seems to me that if a dealer has a web presence and sells on Ebay as well, then the least they can do is respond within 24 hours to a customer email. There is also no excuse for the salesperson to be rude under any circumstances. If you want to be treated poorly, then Carvision is the place for you! More
I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. The cars that are passed through are junk and they don't stand by their cars after a sale is made. I bought a 2005 Acura TL that was dealership. The cars that are passed through are junk and they don't stand by their cars after a sale is made. I bought a 2005 Acura TL that was not supposed to have been in an accident and was in perfect condition. But after having the car for less then a year I have spent over $1500 in repairs and still have a decent water leak from an unreported repair job from an accident. As soon as the Acura dealer saw the car they said their was alot of repair work done inside the car and noticed it was done quickly and incorrectly. Poor brakes were put on front and rear, tires in horrible shape, wrong size battery, missing parts. It was a horrible discovery. After reporting this to Car Vision, I have not been contacted by anyone at the dealership. After speaking with others about my experience I have heard nothing but horror stories from other clients experiences with Car Vision. More
DO NOT GO THERE. I had the most unpleasant buying experience ever. I went to drive a car and they had to first spend 3 minutes charging the car battery. After I came back to the showroom and wanted experience ever. I went to drive a car and they had to first spend 3 minutes charging the car battery. After I came back to the showroom and wanted to test drive another car, the salesman all but forced me to sit down and proceeded to lecture me about which cars he thought were good and which were not good. When I asked to test drive another that he said was good, but he did not stop. He asked me endless questions about what I wanted and why I wanted it. When I again asked to test drive a car, he did not offer, rather, he continued to lecture me about cars (and, by the way, put down my existing vehicle as well). After ten minutes of not being given permission to test drive another car, we just left and I was PISSED OFF. Do they want to sell cars or not? What's going on there? You need to know that I was not wearing shorts and a t-shirt when I went into the dealership. I am a middle-aged professional and was wearing slacks and a sportsjacket and my wife was also dressed formally for work. My transaction would have been an all-cash deal for a later model luxury car. I wanted to give this guy money to buy a car and he wouldn't even let me test drive a car. Aside from this, the people who worked in the dealership did not appear to be very professional and there was nobody around to supervise or see the shockingly bad treatment we received. We had money. We wanted to buy a car. All we wanted to do was test drive a few cars without being lectured like a 16 year-old boy. Please save yourself some time and go someplace else. More

First of all, is "Murray247" serious? He's 24 years old and mommy and daddy are still fighting his battles? Time to leave the nest my man. Anyway, my wife and I bought a Nissan Pathfinder there a coupl and mommy and daddy are still fighting his battles? Time to leave the nest my man. Anyway, my wife and I bought a Nissan Pathfinder there a couple years ago and were very impressed with the service and quality. We did tons of research and new exactly what we wanted. For some strange reason they never offered to finance our car. Probably because they knew we weren't relying on daddy to tell us 9% is unacceptable. (also in our mid 20's) After we got the car home, we realized we were missing a panel strip. We called Carvision, reported the problem and the strip arrived in the mail, free of charge, 3 days later. We've put over 75,000 miles on the vehicle since we puchased it and have never had to do more that change the oi and the tires. I would definately buy another car there. More
These guys rock! From sales to service, my experience has been first rate. I would highly recommend this place. The car selection process was perfect. I tried out about eight cars before picking an '06 Scion been first rate. I would highly recommend this place. The car selection process was perfect. I tried out about eight cars before picking an '06 Scion. There were a few cosmetic and "check engine' light issues. I was within their 30 day period and they were more then happy to clear all issues. Good people. More
The WORST customer service! They don't return phonecalls or emails to people who WANT to buy a car -- strange in this economy. First, I looked at what they said was an accident-free car, only to find it was or emails to people who WANT to buy a car -- strange in this economy. First, I looked at what they said was an accident-free car, only to find it was in a major wreck. Next, I was intereted in a car coming into inventory; salesman said she'd call me when it arrived...sold to someone esle. I'll try another dealership. These guys suck! More
Five years ago I purchased a 2000 Mazda van from car Vision, when they were in their small Norristown location. The day I bought it, the office was packed with buyers and the owner came out and since he Vision, when they were in their small Norristown location. The day I bought it, the office was packed with buyers and the owner came out and since he knew we would hav eto wait, he offered to buy lunch for my family (myself, wife and two kids) at the restaurant next door. We returned after lunch, found the car we wanted at a very reasonable fixed price , and purchased it. Five years later, my wife still owns the van and plans to keep it for another 3-4 years. The car is still in great shape. Two years ago, I purchased a 2003 Jaguar from them and I am very pleased with it as well. I have not had to do any repairs to it, just oil changes every 3000miles. I am surprised about teh negative comments about CarVision- they are very professional, not aggressive, have fixed prices well below NADA price, and will offer financing through known banks , but allow you to use your own financing if you prefer (I used their own for my Van, but my credit union for the Jaguar). I have also recommended Car Vision to three of my work colleagues, and they have made purcvhases which they are very happy with. I am buting my next car from Car Vision, and when my kids turn 16, I will buy their cars at car Vision as well More

This place is all smoke and mirriors. They try to make themselves sound like Car Sense. They are initially freindly, but they soon become pushy. The first night I went there, they tried to give me an 11% themselves sound like Car Sense. They are initially freindly, but they soon become pushy. The first night I went there, they tried to give me an 11% interest rate on a BMW that had been in 2 different accidents. I told them I needed time to think about (read shop around) I went back 2 days later with my parents to look at a newer Volvo s40. The car had one owner and was part of GE fleet services. I know so because they left all the previous owners information in the glovebox (think about identity theft). I felt more confindent that the Volvo was a "good" car rather than the BMW I looked at. I mentioned that I took my parents the second trip, because I didn't think an 11% interest rate was acceptable, and I didn't want them to think they could try anything funny on a 24 year old with a little bit of money. The second time they came back with 9% and my dad told them they were out of their mind. So they came gack with 8% then 6%. Each time they ran my numbers, they hurt my credit score. I told them that 6% was still unacceptable, and that I would contact my personal bank. They told me that it was a mistake to do that. My sales person James, was very unperfessional, every sentance was accompanied by "dude". Anyway back to my bank, they came back with a 5.4% interst rate on the car, and told me it would have been lower if car vision hadn't ran my numbers like 8 times. Then they hit me with a warranty from Continental Warranty Inc. for $2200, they gave me 10 year/100000 miles which pretty much covered everything. Turns out... 4 months later the warranty company is extremely difficult to get in touch with, and everything I read about them online is bad. Now I have to go into my own pocket plus the $2200 to get volvo brakes. This is the reason I bought the warranty. Now I've learned that if it sounds to good to be true....it is! Then the warranty comapny sold my information to other warranty companies and now i get calls all day at work regarding warranty sales pitches. I called them to dicuss this, and nobody would talk to me or call me back. Do yourself a favor, Stay away from Car Vision. More
