I am delighted by the professional attitude; workmanship and leadership demonstrated by Service Manager, Marty Spitko. I can not imagine a better customer experience. Marty followed up with me at each step of my Nissan repair. The auto industry is known for poor interactions with women and we are rarely treated as competent during car repair incidents. Marty Spitko is the exception. He was a gentleman, treated me with respect and has EXCELLENT customer service skills. repair. He is a real asset to Car Vision's Service Department that would be hard to replace. More
They sold me a lemon. They knew ahead of time that the engine wiring harness was bad. They said they would fix the problem after the Nissan dealer said the harness needs to be replaced due to all the open engine wiring harness was bad. They said they would fix the problem after the Nissan dealer said the harness needs to be replaced due to all the opens and shorts found by them. I gave to car to Carvision to repair. Well they had the car for 3 weeks and I still have wiring problems and check engine codes. I called them back about this after I got home and they said they were only doing the repair because of their "Good Will" and now they say their "Good Will" has run out. What frauds. I filed a complaint with the States Attorney General and am waiting to hear back from them. Avoid this dealer at ALL COST!!!!!!! More
I went there to buy a decent, dependable used car and was very flexible about what it was I was looking for. At first they were nice and let us test drive two cars we liked. So we decided on a 2002 VW Jetta very flexible about what it was I was looking for. At first they were nice and let us test drive two cars we liked. So we decided on a 2002 VW Jetta will some miles but we were assured the car was in great shape. Its funny they say that since once we took a test drive we noticed the amber ABS light was on. They told us not to worry, if we decide to but the car they will fix that problem and told us to take the car out for an extended test drive. I drove the car right to my local shop to have the car looked at. Right away he noticed the right front axle was damaged and leaking grease. We got a quote for the repair and then drove back to CarVision to see what they could do. They said they would take the cost of the repair off the price. So we decided to buy. During the paperwork we meet Travis, the "floor manager" who tells us the ABS is going to cost to much to repair so take the car or leave it. Since the car was nice as far as we could tell otherwise we bought the car. We then find out days later the car had a bank lien still on it and we would not be able to get the car titled in NY for weeks but someone from the dealer drives to Harrisburg to get the title for us. We then take the car to a VW Dealer to have the ABS light fixed and it is found that its a simple wheel sensor and it was only $90 to fix. Then we find out the car wont pass NY safty inspection since the front struts were assembled wrong and grinding, the wheel bearings are damaged, all the brakes are in need of replacement and the driver side axle needs to be replaced. So we take the car back to Car Vision and we are told all the noise we are hearing and feeling is just a loose oil pan cover that protects the oil pan and they will thighten it and all will be well. Well, the noise still remained and it is found that Car Vision removed the oil pan cover and threw it away. So now all the problems have been fixed with the car but none of it was handled by Car Vision since they only warranted the engine and transmission for 30days and but all of this was within the first two weeks and should have been fixed before selling this car as problem free. We then get a check in the mail from Car Vision because they taxed us on our trade-in cost and then charged us NY sales tax instead of NY state when we went to register the car. The manager Dennis was nice at first but then did nothing about the problems that should have been taken care of prior to selling this unsafe car. The repairs ended up totaling as much as we got for our trade-in. This was all within two weeks of buying the car. They were rude and misleading, they lied to us and then cost us even more money when they threw away a required part of the car. Next time we won't be lied to like CarVision did. Best part is this was all documented and recorded so we can hopfully we can get some of our money back in court. More

I had to bring it in twice for some repairs including a brake master cylinder and a front suspension repair. On both occassions my warranty covered all of the expenses exept a $50.00 deductable, each time. The service department treated me great both times, and waived the $90.00 diagnostic fee's since I purchased the car from them. They also handled all of the paper work with the warranty company eliminating all of the "red tape" involved for me, the customer. I could not have asked for a better experience and plan on buying my next vehicle from this organization in the future. More
I purchased a 2006 Lexus Rx330 and within one week I had a laundry list of things wrong with that car that should have been checked in their "118" point inspection, the battery was faulty, the passenger hea a laundry list of things wrong with that car that should have been checked in their "118" point inspection, the battery was faulty, the passenger headlight went out, the drivers headlight had been drilled on the bottom because of a condensation problem that they knew about but tried to avoid the 1k price of a new headlight, the engine bay plastic covers were just laid on the engine with no clips installed to hold them in place and then when I took the car back to have everything fixed they tried to give me a 96 honda accord with 180k miles on it that shook like your fillings were going to fall out!($500) POS loaner car, I couldnt believe it!! I asked to speak with the owner or GM and neither were available and the one salesman even said that the owner wouldnt speak to customers! I guess he can rip off your money but cant speak to you about correcting the problem, overall the worst "stealership" I have ever encountered! Dont fall for the low prices, you end up wishing you had spent the extra on a quality used car from a reputable dealership that values customer service. More
Dealer had a car advertised on their web site. When I arrived it was not available and was told it was sold. 2 weeks later I saw the same car advertised still, and I emailed to ask if it was still for sa arrived it was not available and was told it was sold. 2 weeks later I saw the same car advertised still, and I emailed to ask if it was still for sale. Never received a response to my email. The next day I saw the car advertised on Ebay and emailed to ask if it was available and never heard back from my email. The next day I called the dealership to ask if the car was actually on the lot, and the woman who answered said she was busy with 2 customers and I asked if she could put me on the line with someone who was not busy. She put " Ken" on the phone whom I asked if the car I was interested in, a Black Escalade Ext, was actually on the lot and if he could see it. He insisted on pressing me if I was coming in today and I asked again if he could actually see the car, that I hadn't ever even received a response from the company when I emailed and he pretty much hung up on me. I was never rude or impolite, I just didn't feel like wasting time on a drive to the dealer if they weren't sure the car was in stock. Seems to me that if a dealer has a web presence and sells on Ebay as well, then the least they can do is respond within 24 hours to a customer email. There is also no excuse for the salesperson to be rude under any circumstances. If you want to be treated poorly, then Carvision is the place for you! More
I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. The cars that are passed through are junk and they don't stand by their cars after a sale is made. I bought a 2005 Acura TL that was dealership. The cars that are passed through are junk and they don't stand by their cars after a sale is made. I bought a 2005 Acura TL that was not supposed to have been in an accident and was in perfect condition. But after having the car for less then a year I have spent over $1500 in repairs and still have a decent water leak from an unreported repair job from an accident. As soon as the Acura dealer saw the car they said their was alot of repair work done inside the car and noticed it was done quickly and incorrectly. Poor brakes were put on front and rear, tires in horrible shape, wrong size battery, missing parts. It was a horrible discovery. After reporting this to Car Vision, I have not been contacted by anyone at the dealership. After speaking with others about my experience I have heard nothing but horror stories from other clients experiences with Car Vision. More
DO NOT GO THERE. I had the most unpleasant buying experience ever. I went to drive a car and they had to first spend 3 minutes charging the car battery. After I came back to the showroom and wanted experience ever. I went to drive a car and they had to first spend 3 minutes charging the car battery. After I came back to the showroom and wanted to test drive another car, the salesman all but forced me to sit down and proceeded to lecture me about which cars he thought were good and which were not good. When I asked to test drive another that he said was good, but he did not stop. He asked me endless questions about what I wanted and why I wanted it. When I again asked to test drive a car, he did not offer, rather, he continued to lecture me about cars (and, by the way, put down my existing vehicle as well). After ten minutes of not being given permission to test drive another car, we just left and I was PISSED OFF. Do they want to sell cars or not? What's going on there? You need to know that I was not wearing shorts and a t-shirt when I went into the dealership. I am a middle-aged professional and was wearing slacks and a sportsjacket and my wife was also dressed formally for work. My transaction would have been an all-cash deal for a later model luxury car. I wanted to give this guy money to buy a car and he wouldn't even let me test drive a car. Aside from this, the people who worked in the dealership did not appear to be very professional and there was nobody around to supervise or see the shockingly bad treatment we received. We had money. We wanted to buy a car. All we wanted to do was test drive a few cars without being lectured like a 16 year-old boy. Please save yourself some time and go someplace else. More

First of all, is "Murray247" serious? He's 24 years old and mommy and daddy are still fighting his battles? Time to leave the nest my man. Anyway, my wife and I bought a Nissan Pathfinder there a coupl and mommy and daddy are still fighting his battles? Time to leave the nest my man. Anyway, my wife and I bought a Nissan Pathfinder there a couple years ago and were very impressed with the service and quality. We did tons of research and new exactly what we wanted. For some strange reason they never offered to finance our car. Probably because they knew we weren't relying on daddy to tell us 9% is unacceptable. (also in our mid 20's) After we got the car home, we realized we were missing a panel strip. We called Carvision, reported the problem and the strip arrived in the mail, free of charge, 3 days later. We've put over 75,000 miles on the vehicle since we puchased it and have never had to do more that change the oi and the tires. I would definately buy another car there. More
