Seth was frendly and easy to work with. His level of customer service was good. I was lucky I was able to return the vehicle I purchased which was a 2005 4runner. My bank would not let them deposit their check because they were ripping us off as the truck was way over market value plus which was a 2005 4runner. My bank would not let them deposit their check because they were ripping us off as the truck was way over market value plus the few days we did drive it we realized there was a major problem with the rear. The finance guy insulted both my wife and I and the general manager Tom was the rudest person I could have met for someone who wants to sell a car. the worst overall car buying experience I have ever had and i research all my purchases but made the mistake of not researching this dealer. After i read the online reviews i realized how lucky we were that we were able to return this vehicle because my bank would not let them deposit the funds. I was amazed at how hostile and insulting they became. Do not buy a car from these people. More

We purchased a car a once all of the paperwork was complete, we were told there was only 1 key fob. To get a second one is rough $250. We also discovered that the rear window defroster did not work. complete, we were told there was only 1 key fob. To get a second one is rough $250. We also discovered that the rear window defroster did not work. When we called for it to be repaired under the warranty, they said that would prefer us to go to the Hyundai dealership. We went to the Hyundai dealership, they said informed us the rear window had been replaced. They said this is something that would have been discovered under Carvisions multipoint inspection. Regardless, they would not repair the window under the factory warranty. This was our second car from Carvision and easily our last. Ever conversation after the purchase was horrible. I should have listed to other reviewers. More
Don't know where to begin with this place. I went there and bought a Scion TC for my 18 year old daughter. Told them I wanted a good dependable car and they assured me that this car was it. Well after pu and bought a Scion TC for my 18 year old daughter. Told them I wanted a good dependable car and they assured me that this car was it. Well after purchasing it and driving it home, the check engine light comes on. The third brake light did not work and the brakes were grinding terribly. Two of the four tires were bad as well as all of the brakes and rotors. How this car got an updated inspection sticker is beyond me as it was totally unpassable. I have taken the car back 5 times for repairs and each time it came home with another part broken. They replaced my third brake light with a broken one. Now I get water in my trunk. They replaced one tire that had a huge bubble in it and the new tire goes flat every day. They have had the car in 4 times and keep telling me that they ordered the wrong part for the car and have to re-order it. HUH??? I do not believe that they inspect their vehicles....they just slap an inspection sticker on them and leave it up to the buyer to figure out what is wrong with the car. Their service department is full of idiots and the service manager is rude and lies. Don't bother leaving them a message because they won't call back. They refuse to fix the third tail light that they broke and when I took it in to have an ashtray cover put on they removed my center console cover. WHY? I took the car back and asked them to put the cover back on as it was not broken. Guess what?? It is now broken and hangs on with 1 screw and still no ashtray cover (after 4 wrong orders received)? I am totally dissatisfied with this dealer and would never ever buy a car from them again. I will take my car to Toyota from now on for repairs as this place has no idea how to fix a car. Oh and all of the brakes and rotors were bad. That's funny...how did it get inspected? Do not go to this place...they are rip off artists! More
I bought a 2003 VW GTI from them April 2011. The 3rd day that I had this car I lost 3rd and 5th gear. It took them having my car for 4 out of the first 6 months I owned the car to replace the transmission a that I had this car I lost 3rd and 5th gear. It took them having my car for 4 out of the first 6 months I owned the car to replace the transmission and 2 shift cables. They have had my car over 30 times in total for electrical issues that are still not fixed, transmission issues (my car still does not go into 1st or reverse on occasion) and water leaks into my truck (they have had it for this problem alone over 15 times and it still leaks). I call and leave messages and get no return call. I speak to them and then get no return call. The service department is horrible. The techs do not have a clue what they are doing. Every single time that they touch my car they screw up something else. My tail light housings leak water into my truck after 7 months of me continuously taking them my car they finally sealed them but now I have corroded light panels. I keep losing lights intermittently and it is not the bulbs. The rear windows rubber moldings are falling apart and they have not replaced them. If they had fixed this car correctly instead of rigging it then it would be a great car. Instead I have a piece of crap that they keep stating they fixed and they haven't. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!! More
Forget their inspection of a used car they sell you. Three monthes after car was purchased I was unable to put air in the tires as the bolts were corroded on and the sensors broken. A) they obviously Three monthes after car was purchased I was unable to put air in the tires as the bolts were corroded on and the sensors broken. A) they obviously could not have checked the air pressure in the tires before the sale. Very hard to believe the air caps would corrode in only three months to the point of unusable. Cost of out of my pocket as they had to send me down the street to fix them. Two months later tried to add washer fluid. The brackets to hold hood up were totally broke. Had never put the hood up myself before. The oil in the car in just five months was nearly zero. (had only driven 2000 miles) So therefore they sold me a car that obviously never had the hood up or the oil freshened. Yet they slapped an inspection sticker on it. Response by management they believe their employee. Yeah right and the six other mechanics that have checked the car said bs. Would NEVER EVER shop there again. Oh and they sell you every warranty with no back up. Creeps total creeps. More
I bought a used Audi A4 and within a few months of having it there were problems with the car. When the crooks at Car Vision were confronted with the problems, they did nothing to accommodate me. There wer it there were problems with the car. When the crooks at Car Vision were confronted with the problems, they did nothing to accommodate me. There were multiple electrical problems with the car that they had to have known about prior to selling the car and these things are not apparent on a test drive. I also came to find out, upon getting my tires rotated, that all but one of my wheels was bent. Even worse, I had to trade the car in well before I wanted to purchase a new car because the timing belt was about to go. And it still gets worse...when I took the car to get it appraised, I was told that it had been in a significant accident, prior to me owning it, and therefore it was worth only a few thousand dollars. Of course, this was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Overall, Car Vision is a horrible dealership that seems to knowingly rip people off, so potential buyers beware-- do NOT buy from this dealership! More
This place is a RIp off got a 2005 Durango. Within thirty days of the purchase of car engine cylinders are warped, my keys needed to be repaired, and a sensor went bad , check engine light on twice. Overall days of the purchase of car engine cylinders are warped, my keys needed to be repaired, and a sensor went bad , check engine light on twice. Overall bad business when I brought the car in the service guys looked like they seen a ghost. Just guilty look all over there face. Cars.com referred me to there business. I'm mad I'm a single parent with three little ones. they are horrible people to do this to the working people looking for honest trust worthy place of business. More
When you purchase a vehicle it is rare that you would inspect taking the caps off the tires to inspect whether or not you could actually put air in the tires. I purchased my vehcile in June of 2011 by S inspect taking the caps off the tires to inspect whether or not you could actually put air in the tires. I purchased my vehcile in June of 2011 by September it was in the shop for issues. OTher issues have cropped up that I have not yet addressed. But most interesting is getting a warning message that the tire pressure was low. Ok when to get air in tire. Three of the four tires had metal caps that obviously needed equipment to remove them. I had an attendant at my local gas station remove one of them and he told me to immediately take the car to the dealership. At the dealership I was told they could not fix this and I needed to take the car to a Chrysler dealership down the street. When the Chrysler dealship inspected the vehicle it was obvious that three of the four tires had critical issues with the sensor values and air could not be put into these tires unless the values/senors were replaced. If Car Vision inspected and sealed this car in June of 2011 then in Oct all three seals were corroded to require full replacement. Sounds stupidly fishy. These people either A) never did a inspection and just popped on the sticker (which also has never stuck properly to the glass or B) they never checked those tires at all or C) checked the tires and sold the vehicle knowing that air could never be put in those tires until they were fixed. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE FOR ONE SECOND. SALES IS A RIP OFF AND SERVICE IS COMPROMISED. More
