Car Vision is proud to be independently owned & operated by the Husband & Wife team, Cafiero. Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

I was referred by auto-trader to this dealer to sell my car. David Cha knew what the auto-trader's value of my car before I was coming. I told him that the dealer is way too far from me, he insisted on com car. David Cha knew what the auto-trader's value of my car before I was coming. When I drove for 50 minutes he gave me $1500 below auto-trader's value while admitting the car is in perfect condition. I also let him know before coming that I already have quotes from other dealers that are above auto-trader's value. All David Cha could say was refer me to other websites who buy cars. The sales staff was not the typical pushy sales staff - they had impeccab Car Vision for celebrity treatment! What a wonderful experience I had here! The sales staff was not the typical pushy sales staff - they had impeccable service skills (and I say skills because it is a skill to work as hard as they do to have customers leave happy and fully satisfied with their purchase, all the while having effortless customer service!) Tom, the General Manager, is all that a manager should be, being fully instrumental throughout the process, and overseeing my full satisfaction. He even came out and asked me what i thought of the car after the test drive! I got a phenomenal price on my vehicle, i cannot say that enough! Roger in finance was the ultimate help in explaining to me warranty and financing information clearly and succinctly, while keeping up with the flawless customer service that Car Vision can defintely pride hemselves on. The car i bought has been through full inspection by their timely service department, and fully detailed by the detail department...I'm talking about no mechanical issues with Car Vision's cars whatsoever, all presented to me in clean, prestine condition FAST. I was very pleased with the no pressure attitude. We had a very minor problem with the car I purchased and they cheerfully fixed the issue and were easy to deal with.
