Friendliness and professionalism of the staff eased my car buying experience. I originally went in for a different vehicle but ended up getting a much better vehicle thanks to Frank and I'm very happy wi car buying experience. Employees (sales and service) whom I met were friendly and good people. As a used car, there were a few minor problems and defects (missing plastic parts and so on), but all of them were corrected when I and good people. As a used car, there were a few minor problems and defects (missing plastic parts and so on), but all of them were corrected when I received the vehicle. 30 days / 1000 miles limited warranty fixed a transmission oil and power steering fluid leaks with no condition. There were two thoughtless mistakes in the service work, unfortunately; Engine oil drain bolt was loose after changing the oil, and Power steering tube was also loose after replacing the power steering rack. More

Frank, Marty and Roger were amazing! I walked around the lot for about 15 minutes and researched cars that I liked before entering the sales floor. On a "normal" car lot, that wouldn't have happened. I would have been hounded and pressured the moment I set foot on the lot. I liked that fact that I was given an opportunity to browse the inventory on my own. The only downside was that when I was interested in looking at the cars I viewed out on the lot, I passed 2 salesmen outside that did not even greet me, and 1 saleswoman inside that did not greet me. I'm in the sales business myself, so I blew it off and asked the finance guys sitting on the perch for some assistance. They called over a salesman named Frank. I'm glad I got him because he was great to work with. Out of all of the salesmen on the floor, he was the only one that actually looked like he knew what he was doing, and was busy doing it, flawlessly. As a matter of fact, he was working 4 different customers at the same time as me, without delay or negligence, and the other salesman was only working 1 customer. I was impressed since I understand the business. He understood my situation and listened to what I had to say. The process was seamless and I got a great car out of the deal. The only room for improvement would be that there needs to be more staff to do financing. I waited for about an hour and a half before I could finish my deal because there were other customers sitting down with Roger in the finance room. Roger is an expert at what he does and was great to work with, this is not his fault whatsoever. There should just be a backup member trained and available, just in case. Knowing the business, once you have a customer closed and you know that they are qualified, you want to get them to sign as quickly as possible before they change their minds. When I came back to pick up my car, about an hour after contracting, the sales manager was there with a box of chocolates and took my picture with my new purchase. That was also impressive. I am a repeat customer, I last purchased from this location in 2008 and had a completely different experience. At that time, it was under different management. Good work new sales manager! I will suggest this dealer to friends and will buy from there in the future. This was the 4th dealership I visited today, by the way. Thank you Car Vision in Norristown! More
