Not being in the market for a used car in over 25 years, I was nervous about the whole process. I shopped many used car dealers before Car Vision and was disappointed in the quality of what was available t I was nervous about the whole process. I shopped many used car dealers before Car Vision and was disappointed in the quality of what was available to meet my budget. Then came Car Vision and "Doc" the sales associate. I had nothing short of an excellent experience with both Car Vision and "Doc". Doc even saved me time by thoroughly looking over the car I was interested in prior to me showing up on the lot. He was honest and told me every little detail as to any visible scratches, etc with the car. When I arrived to see the car, there were no surprises. The car was definately in the great shape that Doc said it was. I cannot tell you how many used car dealers I have been to that show their cars really nice on the internet only to show up and find scratched Alloys, paint and dents all over. Not at Car Vision. I did have one minor mechanical issue that would not have been noticed during a test drive but only after a longer ride. I called Doc right away and he guaranteed me that the issue would be fixed to my satisfaction. Thank you for the great experience!! DeanS More

Matt was AMAZING! I appreciated the prompt responses and that he got me in the car of my dreams with NO PROBLEM!!! I don't have the best credit but he got me an awesome deal anyway. The associates (Ken, Tom, Kevin, and Jimmy) at Carvison did an awesome job in assisting me with my car purchase. When my car was not running properly after I purchase it, the Service writer, Jimmy, made su did an awesome job in assisting me with my car purchase. The associates at Carvison have great customer service skills and are very enthusiatic about addressing the customer's questions and/or concerns. I had talked to David over the phone and told him what car I was interested in. I informed him I was driving about 100 miles to see the car. He made sure the car was ready when I arrived. He showed me the car and then left me to look it over. David is a good salesmen to deal with. There was no pressure from the dealership about purchasing a car. At no time did they try to over sell me on anything. The price of the car was very good compared to other dealers I went to. The whole process went very easy. I would recommend this dealership and will come back for my next purchase. Car Vision has a large selection to choose from. It was well worth the 2 hour drive. My daughter loves the car. More
