We were very happy with our experience at CarVision. It was one of the few times in my life when a major purchase was easier than I expected. It literally took me longer to buy my washing machine than it d was one of the few times in my life when a major purchase was easier than I expected. It literally took me longer to buy my washing machine than it did to purchase a vehicle from CarVision. Initially, I spoke with Ken on the phone, who promised to retrieve and park the vehicle so it was ready for us whenever we could come by. Frank greeted us and helped us through the process. His approach was subdued and relaxed, more like an advisor than a salesperson. We appreciated his no-pressure demeanor. He was knowledgeable about the various vehicles, but he never took an opportunity to up-sell or push something more expensive (even though there were times when he could have). It was refreshing. He put us at ease, not with the stereotypical backslapping salesman approach, but with straightforward answers to our questions and clear, jargon-free explanations as we moved through each step of the process. Kevin helped us with the financing portion. He was well-spoken, clear, direct, organized, and efficient, not to mention blessed with personality to burn. This was the part of the experience where I braced myself for the up-sell. Much to my surprise, he did not push the warranty. In fact, he was so exceedingly honest about the pros and cons of a warranty that we ended up purchasing one even though we hadn't planned to. It was not a matter of him "convincing" us to buy something we didn't need. It was his way of genuinely looking out for us and recommending something we could afford that would likely save us money in the long run. Kevin's professionalism and can-do approach put every finance person I've dealt with personally and professionally to shame. Our interaction with Tom was brief, and that is a compliment. There was no "Let me get my manager" back and forth dog-and-pony nonsense. Tom asked how Frank treated us, encouraged us to complete this survey, and thanked us. Then he snapped a photo of us and Frank in front of our new vehicle. As we drove home, I noticed the time. During our visit, we viewed several vehicles, test-drove one, completed the financing, made our down payment, and drove away in our new vehicle. Total time = less than 75 minutes. I give CarVision an A+ and will heartily recommend your company to everybody I know. Thank you for making something so potentially stressful into a pleasant experience. More
I just purchased a pre-owned Ford Explorer from Carvision working with David and Kevin. All I can say is wow. This is what purchasing a pre-owned vehicle should be like. I picked up a cherry Toyota Tundra work truck with relatively low miles. The price was reasonable and I received fair value for my trade-in. I got a good deal on trade-in price. The sales consultant and Manager were nice. Ken was a hoot. My husband, my baby and I were there for a few hours when buying our car. Ken entertained us with interesting stories. At one point he opened up is desk drawer and pulled out a pound cake a a few hours when buying our car. Ken entertained us with interesting stories. At one point he opened up is desk drawer and pulled out a pound cake and fresh strawberries...he had to go to the fridge for the whipped cream. We left there with a new (to us) car and a full tummy. Car Vision gave us a great deal on our trade in. Before leaving we had one of the guys install our infant car seat base using the tether strap. We learned that ours was installed incorrectly in our car for the last 4 months. I would say we had a super experience at Car Vision! More
