I didn't feel at all overwhelmed, or forced into any decisions. Wasn't able to do a trade for my current vehicle but it all worked out in the end. I absolutely LOVE the Volvo I purchased. Extremely clean and in excellent shape, you would never know it was 4 years old! The low mileage is what sold me from the start. Roger Blanchard was plain speaking and helpful in providing me with a service program that made sense for the car I purchased. The buying experience took less than an hour and I had everything I needed to drive the car home. Erik went the extra mile and took care of getting me an owners manual additional set of keys for the new car and even dealing with service issues I had with my BMW. Jimmy Franklin in service not only made sure I had great service on my BMW with quick turnaround, they also cleaned my car inside and out and put air in my tires to make sure the car was really good to go. I generally don't write reviews because service is an expectation, but Carvision just gets the customer experience better than the new car dealers and sets a higher standard for any car dealer. More

Had a very pleasing and productive visit. Service in finding the lenders to finance the car we wanted was excellent.
