Overall, I had a great experience with Car Vision. They were extremely flexible with payment options, and they had the car I wanted for an unbeatable price. I was coming from an hour and a half away, so t were extremely flexible with payment options, and they had the car I wanted for an unbeatable price. I was coming from an hour and a half away, so the salesman (Ken) set aside the keys for me to ensure the car wasn't sold before I got there. He gave me his dedicated attention while I was there, and everyone was friendly. I had a few minor issues, but nothing that greatly detracted from the experience. First, the original contract that was printed was for $300 more than the advertised price. I believe this was an honest mistake, and the gentleman I worked with corrected it immediately after I mentioned it. Second, I was a little disappointed the gas tank wasn't filled before we left the dealership. It was a little less than half full. Third, one of the brake lights was out on the car. Again, not a big deal, but a small detail that could have been caught. These issues were very minor considering the great deal I got on the car. I'll definitely be looking at Car Vision the next time I need a vehicle. More

The salesman was friendly. The salesman wanted to sell the car, but did not go that extra mile to make sure that everything was satisfactory. The features on the car purchased were misrepresented and fo the car, but did not go that extra mile to make sure that everything was satisfactory. The features on the car purchased were misrepresented and for the 3 weeks that I have had the car, it could not be driven at night because there were no lights on the instrument panel. I was given 1 key at the time of purchase and when asked for another, the salesman told me to go to the Chrysler dealer to get one made. I did that and the dealer wanted to charge over $200. I came back to the service department and the service writer, Jimmy Franklin, found another key to be programmed. It seemed like one thing after another and I was getting very frustrated. I was beginning to feel that I made a mistake by purchasing this car. But the service writer, Jimmy Franklin, really was on the ball. He took every step possible to take care of the problems I was having with this car. His customer service was superb. He had to have the instrument panel replaced and a seat belt buckle replaced. He assured me that everything would be taken care of. More
Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time buying a used car through a dealership, so I was pretty worried at first. Other salespeople at other dealerships were pushy and stressed me out, but Matt definitely did not (in fact, probably the other way around!). He even answered when I called outside of working hours (oops!), so kudos for that. More
I purchased my car from this dealership on Tuesday. This morning (3 days later), the air bag light came on. I called Jimmy in service and he said I could bring the car up right away. They took the car right in and gave me several updates as to what they were doing and why. The mechanic came out and explained the issue to me in a forthright and honest manner. I was made to feel like they truly cared that I have a good experience in their department and that my car was a priority. In the end they fixed another issue that they had discovered and because they could not reproduce the air bag issue at the time of service, Jimmy gave me assurance that if the air bag/restraint system presented an issue in the future they would take care of it for me. It is very hard to find service departments you can trust, but I left this one feeling valued, respected and happy with the work. I hope I do not have an issue moving forward, but if I do, I am confident that Jimmy and the professionals at Car Vision will take care of it. Many thanks! More
Not happy at first i thought it was a great deal with great people but 4 months later i go to get my car inspected and find out it will cost me another $100 to fix all the issuse for example new tires be great people but 4 months later i go to get my car inspected and find out it will cost me another $100 to fix all the issuse for example new tires because of an alignment issue n the license plate lights were painted over... Which is illegal and other light being out.. would not suggest going there i am extremly upset that is not how you treat people!!!! More
