Ken was extremely helpful. He was patient and informative. When I tried the radio, it didn't work, and was replaced for free. The vehicle had been given new brakes and tires before I got there. Within a week after purchasing the vehicle, the car had some minor issues. Ken referred me to customer service and alerted them ahead of time. The minor issues were fixed for free, under warranty. One small glitch: when I was purchasing the vehicle, I saw some minor scratches on the vehicle. Ken said the shop would detail it. Overall, I do believe the customer service was great. Jon took care of me and my dad, worked his best to help me find a car in my price along with the type of car I wanted. I would refer my friends to Carvision for the customer service but would also tell them of what to be a lookout for. My only complaint is when I took the car home, I noticed some issues. I wish I would have looked into detail at this car before I purchased it. My cd player does not work. My bluetooth does not connect with my phone. My car key looks like a duplicate with no remote. One of my air vents is broken. I got so caught up in buying this car before they closed that I did not get to look at the inside so much, as the engine, tires, and such. I do not mean to complain but the one of the MAJOR reasons I wanted this car was because of the cd player, bluetooth hookup, iphone hook up, which I was told worked. I also wish it came with a remote to unlock the car. I had to specially order a part for my Ipod and now have to take my car back to Car Vision this weekend to have it looked at for the cd player, which is kind of an inconvenience to me. I spent so much money on this car that I did not expect it to have these issues. I just hope there are no more problems. More
