Car Vision is proud to be independently owned & operated by the Husband & Wife team, Cafiero. Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

Not Happy!! Still waiting. Honest!!! But true!! Don't buy your car here unless you have lots of extra time on your hands. I have owned my luxury car less than a year, not only h Honest!!! But true!! I have owned my luxury car less than a year, not only has it has a new radiator, new engine, new thermostat, new coolant line, and now it is overheating!! I have left reviews before and then retracted them after they attempted to correct the problem. But bottom line is you have to go back and forth with the front desk, management to get anything done. And then you worry whether the problem is truly corrected. The front desk has turned over so many times, and the lady I deal with unfortunately has no customer service and has communication barriers. I simply want the same problem that has went on from day one to be fixed. Its pretty simple. Being the fact that I live an hour away I have to take it in drop it off and "hope" they have a loaner. And really dont ask about the loaners... I mean if I am telling you now what my luxury car has endured imagine the loaner!!!!!! At this point my car is still overheating, I am waiting on a call from management and waiting on a loaner due to my job and living so far away just to get my car fixed!!! Im guessing due to the prior lack of communication and their willingness not to address this situation they will be putting a new motor in it again, replacing all the items due to the fact they will not communication properly with me. More

Jury still out I purchased my 2007 Ford Explorer on Wednesday (9/10). Within 24hrs the car overheated. The car is currently in the Carvision service department. The car is 7 years old and I totally understand that there can be some unseen problems. I am disappointed but I am not mad. However, an auto dealership can only be determined how good they are is by the way they stand behind their product and treat the customer after the sale. I will be in the market soon for another car because I have another son who will need a car. Carvision has great selection and I hope I will not have to find another place to buy. I had an old car that lasted me through college, Great placeto buy a car, DOUG is fantastic!!, only minor drawbacks to my car buying experience here. I had an old car that lasted me through college, and it was time to trade it in. I found a great '07 Chevy Impala which I had my eye on, Doug took me out for a test drive in it, and he was great. I came back the next day to actually purchase the car after sleeping on it for a night. I can't say enough about Doug he really was great, and at no time from him did I feel pressured to purchase the car. The only real drawbacks that I had about my car buying experience were: the employees in the service bay while I waited were laughing at my trade in car, which I found a little rude, they didn't realize it was mine. Also in terms of the financing process... I applied for financing however the terms of the financing weren't established at the beginning of the process and the finance guy waited till the very end to really give me numbers at which point the numbers didn't match what I had estimated before, they had added in an extended warranty and had I not questioned my original finance price was going to be $40 a month more. I removed the extended warranty as its a service I'm not really wanting to purchase but it was weird it was added in, and without my questioning would have been an added cost some may be unaware of... He answered all my (many) questions, and didn't hesitate to explain things to me I had questions about. Overall I was pleased with my car buying experience, and I would definitely recommend Doug to anyone looking to purchase a car there. More

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and the minute I parked my rental and got out of the car, someone was at the door to greet me a This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and the minute I parked my rental and got out of the car, someone was at the door to greet me and bring me over to the salesman who would be helping me. Matt made my car-buying experience stress-free and super fast. I'd scheduled my test drive at 2:00 and was out of the dealership with my new 2008 lexus es 350 at 4:00. I didn't even have to negotiate prices because they had the best price out of any other dealership in PA and NJ for this model, year, and color. My credit was awful since I'm a recent grad and finally found a great job that I started 3 months ago. But the finance department was still able to find a bank to give me a loan. The guy in the finance department was a sweetheart as well. I was given a free wawa gift card for agreeing to take a picture for their social network site and also given lindor truffle chocolates as a parting gift! Just all-over, really sweet, funny, and fun guys that work there. If you're looking for a fast, friendly, and stress-free car buying experience, I highly recommend you go to Car Vision! More
