The day I picked up the vehicle went smooth and my salesman was great. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. Positive experience, easy to work with employees Overall I had a good experience here. I interacted with Keith Penny who was very helpful. I was interested in a manual transmission, but did not know how to drive one. He took some time to teach me how to drive it in a small empty parking lot nearby. If there is one thing I remember about him it's that he really likes smiling and shaking hands. I ended up buying the car and was very pleasantly surprised with the condition it was in. My mechanic said it only needed a new air filter and everything else was looking great. The car drives great and I'm expecting to be using it for a long time. I worked with Joel on the financing. I asked a ton of questions about the purchase order and deal I was agreeing to and he was very helpful in answering them all. No complaints here. The only thing I didn't like was the insurance deal they tried to offer me. It was a terrible deal disguised by math. The impression I got was that it was intended to exploit individuals who weren't good with numbers. Fortunately, I was a math major in college. I should note, the insurance deal was not offered by Car Vision so this isn't a complaint against them at all really. More

Good selection of used cars Unfortunately I didn't qualify for the car I wanted but Keith was able to show me a large selection of very similar cars and I ended up in a 2009 Hond Unfortunately I didn't qualify for the car I wanted but Keith was able to show me a large selection of very similar cars and I ended up in a 2009 Honda Accord and I could not be happier with it, The car was freshly inspected and is sitting on brand new tires, it did have a few interior issues which Keith has assured me they are willing to address when I can bring the car back in. I've only had the car for 2 weeks but it runs quite , smooth and everything on it works. They were also willing to work with me on my poor credit and find me reasonable financing within my budget.
