Car Vision is proud to be independently owned & operated by the Husband & Wife team, Cafiero. Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

Car buying made easy Car vision had a great selection of cars and a great website to make it easy to find the car for me. As soon as I found one I liked, I called to schedule an appointment to come see it. Within the next few days I came in for a test drive and in the following next few days I bought a car! Their customer service and low pricing made my experience great. One thing I particularly liked about Car vision was their staff teamwork. I was also trading in my car and when I started filling out the paperwork, there were multiple employees helping me to ensure I could finish it as soon as possible with no mistakes, so the group effort demonstrated really made it as easy as possible to buy a car and trade mine in. Helpful The guys were helpful when it came to getting me the right financing. They got me into the car I wanted at the payment I wanted even when I was upsid The guys were helpful when it came to getting me the right financing. They got me into the car I wanted at the payment I wanted even when I was upside down on my trade. The only issue was they let me leave before really finding me the right bank. I was halfway home when they called back and said they found the bank to work with me. So I had to make a second trip an hour and a half up the turnpike to close the deal on the following business day. #1 rule of selling cars. Don't let the customer leave!! Hell even I know that. But anyways they did work with me so that's why they got 4 stars. I really wanted that Tahoe so that's why I came back. Also they need to be new welcoming when I walk thru the door. Everyone should come out and ask me how they could help. Don't make people walk the lot without assistance. I know people think that they don't want the sales man down there throat right off the bat but most do. Just come out a greet people and let them know u are available for assistance. You don't have to breath down there neck but be there to answer questions and let them know that there will be cared for. A lot of times if u greet people they feel more comfortable and they know that there buisness is important to the dealer. That's all. More
