We hope you felt like part of the family during your visit. However, we are troubled by the 1-star rating that you gave to Livan, your Finance Manager. Your concerns are very important to us, and we would like to address them with you personally. If there was any part of the finance process that left you feeling uncomfortable or dissatisfied we would like to discuss those matters with you. A member of our Management Team will be reaching out to follow up with you to determine what happened that caused the 1-star rating and hopefully provide you with a better experience. We are a used car dealership that feels less like, well, a used car dealership. Whether you are buying or selling your car, you are always in the driver’s seat and our goal is to provide you with an outstanding 5-Star experience.
