Your concerns are very important to us, and we would like to address them with you personally. If there was any part of the finance process that left you feeling uncomfortable or dissatisfied we would like to discuss those matters with you. A member of our Management Team will be reaching out to follow up with you to determine what happened that caused the 1-star rating and hopefully provide you with a better experience. We are a used car dealership that feels less like, well, a used car dealership.
