In all fairness my first and second visit with this dealership was great. Friendly attractive sales and staff. I felt very comfortable. Because of this I left money on the table. After the sale the dealership was great. Friendly attractive sales and staff. I felt very comfortable. Because of this I left money on the table. After the sale the salesperson acted like he did not know me. When I left the dealership he said call if you have any questions at all. The next day however he would not take my call. He would not return my calls. I was told if it was a service problem, call service. ouch ouch ouch Service, what can I say? When I pointed out a problem I was told "it passed inspection" Since I was assisting the service manager said I don't want to be rude but it passed inspection. I am so disappointed from something that started out being a pleasant experience.. More
