Buyer Beware This place is a rip off , we bought a car from them on May 26 th , 2017 and Ismail is a liar he got us approved but then he lied to us and told us the This place is a rip off , we bought a car from them on May 26 th , 2017 and Ismail is a liar he got us approved but then he lied to us and told us they needed a deed to our home to show that our home was paid off . We prove this to him and provided a statement from the bank . I had a stroke 2 days after I bought a car and was in ICU for over 2 weeks and Ismal harassed my husband at work and sent over 120 Tex to his phone . The man is evil and will lie straight to your face . My husband and I went to Carsmart on June 26th , 2017 to sign other contract with a new bank but instead of everything going smooth Ismal took our car and left us on the steps of the car lot at 5 o'clock with no car after I had a stroke and just got out the hospital 5 days prior . My body was shaking and I was crying so hard I could not breathe . He had no mercy . There ad on TV is a gimmick to get you to come to them so they can rip you off , no one gets the deal of $29 down payment . We had to walk 8 miles and take 3 different trains and 1 light rail , then hitch hike home , it took us 7 hours to get home safely . Ismal told us to call Urber which would had cost us $150 because we live over hour and 30 minutes from the car lot and we did not have that amount of money after Carsmart took our down payment and kept it after stealing our car back with a promise that we were there to sign with a different bank not to steal our car . He shook my husbands hand stating he is a man of his word and the car would be returned to us on Wednesday then today called us to tell us the bank fell threw . We got a letter today from Capitol One that was dated May 27 th that Ismal had already sent our application to this bank and it was denied so he had my husband sign a financing agreement yesterday June 25 th that was fake and swore we were approved with a hand shake. I have hired a lawyer. I have physical therapy 3x a week because I had a stroke and there is still swelling and I have no car to go to my PT , Ismal left us with no car and told us so many lies . I do not know how he has a job but I will make sure he loses his job real soon. He just called us and had the nerve to say we owe him money for mileage . He is a down right dirty ignorant human being . He needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATLY !!! No one should go threw what this man put us threw , More

dont buy here I have bought two cars from carsmart in the last year one for my daughter and one for myself. The first car was a toyota carolla 2014 great mileage but I did not informed that it had been in an accident until seating at closing table..same thing with a land rover I was going to purchase for myself found out bymyself that airbag had been deployed in accident to me major thing but refused to reduce value of car imagine if u brought them a trade of that they would give u love value.....still on lot though.. Lastly I bought 2014 mercedes and the oil light was on when test driving it...they fixed that...but they failed to informed me that the the key they had did not have emergencykey, then they did have second key and refused to pay for a full key.. All I have to say is that I have to buy a car for my son and they did not earn my business. More
