I'm currently dealing with a vehicle that I purchased from btw my 3rd vehicle!! And I'm 3 months in and the engine light has already came on I've had issue after issue with this car and I'm 9,000 upside from btw my 3rd vehicle!! And I'm 3 months in and the engine light has already came on I've had issue after issue with this car and I'm 9,000 upside down and I don't even have horrible credit 26,000 for a vehicle engine light coming on and of course with this waste of extended warranty nothing is covered. Nobody is calling back like they promised. My other two cars were perfect. I don't what happened to this place but I'm done this is my last time sending anyone or purchasing anything from them More

Lies and more lies So my wife and I bought a vehicle from this place yes they helped get us in a vehicle we have poor credit and they were great in helping getting into So my wife and I bought a vehicle from this place yes they helped get us in a vehicle we have poor credit and they were great in helping getting into the vehicle....buuut the vehicle we traded was not paid for and now we are having too pay for a vehicle that we don’t have too keep our credit from getting worse as we are trying too purchase a house to better our families needs I have been hung up on multiple times and told that they have sent in an electronic transaction too take care of it yet nothing the other company still saying we owe them...car smart says they emailed a receipt to my wife saying transaction complete well no email yet and it was supposed to be over a hour ago....not to mention before I bought the car I was questioned about me being a man of my word well my wife and I came back within two hours with a 7 000 check only for them too cash it and not be a man of their words.... Don't be fooled... same as any car place Things you need to know before going into CarSmart and your chances of being as incredibly disappointed and frustrated as I was should be minimalized. Do NOT believe Mr. Heater’s hype that he is for the people. That his car lot is different. It’s all hot air. • You can call his hotline number if you have an issue but don’t expect a call back. Don’t try emailing him via the address provided at the bottom of his page. It will only come back undeliverable. It doesn’t work. • The ladies who answer the phones will say anything to get you into the car dealership. It was confirmed to me by the sales manager so don’t believe ANYTHING they say to you. • Do NOT buy vehicles behind the fence. They aren’t ready and you’ll have issues with them. $1000 the first month taught me this… I wonder what the second month will bring! • If another car lot approves you and they are honest up front on downpayment and trades… go with them!
