I was able to order a vehicle from another state via an email to my sales rep, Ernest Johnson. It was there in days even though I couldn't make it there for a week after it was shipped. Accessories of the used vehicle was shipped without, was ordered for me without a fight. Vehicle had low mileage for the price, purchased under kelley blue book prices, Car Sense is highly recommended. Patience More

Even though I didn't even notice it, they repainted the rear bumper because it had a scratch. Kyle Cuneo clearly explained to me all the service plan options and even recommended the optimum for my driving behaviors. After receiving the vehicle, I noticed a few other minor issues. Bill Kompa is the best service manager I have ever dealt with. I live 80 miles away. Bill made special schedule arrangements to enable me to work in a visit to Car Sense with my other planned activities in the area. When I walk into Car Sense, everyone greets me by name.
