I went with my brother-in-law to the Burlington Carsense when he needed a car last October. He bought a used car and it was ok. Seemed like the salesman and the people that we worked with there were all pretty good.. We went back last week (twice) and it was ridiculous. My wife needed a car. She was pretty open minded. I really expected to buy one and get a fair deal. NOPE! We were treated like second class citizens. Total joke, like no one is in charge and no one cares. Left yesterday afternoon and went to the Honda dealer in Burlington. Got a new accord loaded for less than a Carsense used price? And I got 1.9% financing. The people were very nice.
