I had searched the internet looking for a late model used car and came across the 2009 Lincoln MKz that I purchased. The car is great and exactly what was described on the internet. The no haggle pricing was a first for me and a pleasure. The car was fairly priced. Actually, priced very well from my perspective according to used car pricing guides I researched. In addition, they gave me a great trade in price for my car. Good recommendations seem to be hard to come these days in any service industry, let alone a used car dealer, but I can truly recommend this dealership and specifically Jesse Bloomquist without hesitation. I may never buy a new again as long as these folks are in business and selling cars like the one I just purchased. More

From the firstb minute I entered the showroom Brendan was very professional and pleasant to deal with. This was by far one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I actually posted an inquiry online at car sense and within 10 minutes I had a follow up call from Joey at the Mt Holly office. He was very helpful and knowledgable even over the phone. I expressed my interest in a particular car that I saw online, but also let him know that I would like to see other options that were comparable to the Charger I had initially had my eye on. I then proceeded to the dealership with my wife and there was not only the Charger, but also 2 other cars waiting for us that were in line with our original car interest. He then proceeded to explain the company and their philosophy on no haggle pricing and non commision sales people. This was everything and more of what we had as far as treatment. There was absolutely no pressure what so ever and I have never been in such a relaxed atmosphere. Joey proceeded to very thoroughly answer any and all questions we had and took the time necessary to make sure we made all the right decisions. We purchased the Charger that we had initially intended to purchase after test driving all options and let me tell ya the car is immaculate. Excellent service and very fair pricing is what they both preach and deliver. I am in sales myself and know the bargaining game that most people like to try, but let me tell ya that if all sales transactions could go so smooth, they should. This is a great place to shop if you are looking for a "no-pressure sale" car. Once I found a vehicle I was interested in and initiated the process, Lauren contacted me to walk me through the process (they seem to adjust to your level of familiarity with the process itself). I was given information, not guilt. I was given options and choices, not a sales ptich. And what I like most is that I'm not just a number. Once you leave the lot, they encourage their customers to contact them and for follow-ups, questions, etc. I would recommend this dealership over other car dealerships who try to do the same things. CarSense just does it better. More
