If you want the easiest experience you will ever have in purchasing a used-new car [meaning: it’s used, but by the time they’re finished spit-shining it, it’s new, thus used-new], then you really need to check out Car Sense. I went to the one in Westampton. Marc, my sales rep, had the pleasure of showing me around on a little bit of a 'cold day.' Who goes looking for cars then? NOTE: Go inside and check out the cars on the kiosk first, if it is cold out. I did a couple of test drives, yup, you get to test what you are interested in...now, don't go in there wanting to joy ride all over town in different vehicles. . .it doesn't work that way. I did find something I liked, but needed to think on it. . .there was "no pressure," "no, you must do it now," no, "well, if it's not here when you get back." Car Sense does not do business that way, and if someone does, you just let Ryan, the manager, know. Not only did I think about it, but even mentioned on their next business day that I wanted to check out a local dealer on the type of car I was purchasing. . .DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Why buy a brand new car off the assembly line, when Car Sense can and will meet your expectations. This is the second time I have ever bought a used car, the first one doesn't count, it was a lemon and why the Lemon Law was enacted. We have purchased two vehicles from Carsense. My wife and I thoroughly appreciated the no haggle policy. We purchased a 2008 Mazda CX-9 in November 2010 and a 2010 Licoln MKS Ecoboost in 2012. I thought I would go through our Credit Union, both their lenders beat the rates. The rates were 4.6% in 2010 and 3.75% in 2012. They let me take vehicles out for a test drive without a salesman. I did not feel pressured and was able to make up my mind without the biased input of traditional salesman. My salesperson let me drives several different models each time without them being with me during the test drive! I highly recommend this dealership and in particular our sales rep for both deals, Joey Wilkowski. He is a consumate gentleman and professional. More
