He kept the experience light and when he saw me getting overwhelmed he quickly helped me work through my thoughts. I stopped by Carsense on a whim on my first day of serious car shopping and left the lot that day having found my dream car. The actual purchase process had some hiccups (not the dealers fault) and a lot of duplicate paperwork needed but Dan was patient and went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The 2010 Nissan Murano that we purchased looks like it just came off the show room floor, and I believe Joe that they will stand by thier promise,if I have any problems to contact him,and he will make sure that they will be addressed and taken care of.
