My wife was in need of a new car. It was a cold day, but Bobby met us in the parking lot, and made a suggestion of one of the cars in the lot. He went back inside and got the keys so we could take it for a test drive. Over the next hour or so, we pointed out several cars that we wanted to try, and Bobby never complained or gave any indication that it was bothering him. He was very well informed about the features of each car, and was a lot of fun to work with. With his help, we were able to gather enough information to make a decision that day, and even though he had to wait for us to run home and move money from one bank account to another, he was nothing but patient and helpful. We drove home with the car that night and have been very satisfied with it. There is nothing but good things to say about our experience that day! More
