This is what happened ( they send me Monmouth junction store ) I bought a car ( honda Odyssey 2013 ) from Carshop.com using the company online system to sell cars, I finished my order and they confirmed that with finance and they run a credit check for me that is normal for financial and they hit my score and gave me the APR and closed my deal online with confirmation from them to send me the contract to sign and chose the delivery or pickup option, next day they send me needing some information and I replayed to with asking if I can go to the store to see the car, test it but when I went there the stuff ( Kaila ) told me that the car already sold to someone else before they sold it to me and I asked them to find a solution for me because its not my fault that they selling the car 2 times, in the beginning, they told me there is nothing to do about that and the don't have contact with the online team it's a separate department and they have a separate system and after all, they offered me another car with different price I asked them to test it and they told its in another branch and I have to come back after 3-4 hours and I did when they told me to come back by txt msg and I did, after testing the car I found it its okay to continue with it so I said okay but they told me the have to run a new credit application with new score hit and inquiry and maybe am gonna have a new APR or maybe refuse after all, but I didn't approve that because they al ready have my application but they told its in separate department and they don't have access for it ( how they have to different separate department selling the same car for 2 person at time ) I asked them to change the car in my application with the new one and move forward but they refused and told we don't know any thing about online selling department and we cant do that, I went back to the online department asking for swapping the car because they have approved application and it's there fault that they sold me car they don't own it or have it but they told me we can't do that you have to deal with store to finish the deal or they asked me to trade in my own car ( honda Accord 2018 ) wivh is valued more than the car that I bought and pay more 1500$ cash advanced, this is upnormal for me and I refused all cuz that there is something wrong happing and I left them
