Update: I spoke with the manager of carshop and I truly appreciate him taking the time to reach out to me and get me a service credit. That being said I'm still hesitant to go back here for another car or appreciate him taking the time to reach out to me and get me a service credit. My salesman lied about the benefits of the warranty he sold me on my car. You do not get a free loaner with your warranty and the warranty does not cover all issues. I really wanted to like carshop but I would have a hard time recommending them and definitely would not recommend buying anything from Ethan. More
